Where can I buy a copy of the NY Review of Books? I've been to a few stores and haven't seen it. Extra points for someplace in walking distance of Marginal Way.

Why not ask one of the bookstores there if they have it or know who does, like Longfellow Books, (207) 772-4045. It's not that far from Marginal Way.

Response by poster: It's the damnedest thing: I have stopped into so many book stores and asked just that, and they always say they either don't carry it and aren't sure who does, or else -usually- carry it but are out of stock. It's never on the shelves. I think I need to ask when it arrives.

I know you asked about purchasing a copy, but you can read it for free at PPL. In-library-use only, unfortunately, so you can't borrow copies to take home.

Rather than ask when it arrives, you could ask them to order and hold a copy for you.
