Anyone know if country-specific VPN statistics are available?

I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure out what the "real company name" is in this paper for "PanelTrack". It says in footnote 13 that this company is a "one of several leaders in the field and their data has been used in other peer reviewed papers to study the behavior of consumers on the Internet." I'm looking to see if anyone can guess the real name of this PanelTrack company -- or a short list of possible names/competitors?

Basically, I want to find out some VPN usage statistics in a similar way to this paper, but for a different country... so if the hivemind has any ideas on this, that would be much appreciated, too!

Best answer: The three obvious ones (to me, since I've worked in software forever, not that they should be to you) are Nielsen (as in, "Nielsen family"), ComScore, and Axciom, whose market segmentation you might be familiar with from the press. Which it might be, I have no idea though.
