History Steel Pier in Atlantic City

Google challenge: Name the architect who built the Steel Pier in Atlantic City.
Years ago I was researching the history of my home, built in 1907, and learned somehow that it was designed by the same architect who built the Steel Pier (1898). Now I don't have the information anymore. I can't remember how I found it and I can't find it again. But it's out there! Anybody got better Google skills than me?

Actually, it appears to be spelled "Windrim" not "Windram". Here's another reference:
Atlantic City was the setting for the most ambitious of these projects: the Steel Pier, designed by James H. Windrim in 1898, was extended and overlaid with new features at numerous times in the twentieth century.posted by mhum at 10:56 AM on July 2, 2015
Oh, wait. The Wikipedia article I linked to is for John Torrey Windrim, a different Philadephia architect of the same era, who may have designed something (?) on Steel Pier. But, it appears that the actual architect of the Steel Pier itself was James Hamilton Windrim. Confusingly similar! I wonder if they weren't related.

Response by poster: That sounds really familiar. Now off to figure out why I connected him with my house! (He did design a residence in my town but I think I had more than that)

Ah, of course. James H. Windrim was John T. Windrim's father.
