Does a landscape mode iPhone neckstrap exist?

Does anyone make a neck strap that suspends an iPhone from the neck in landscape mode? I'm looking for a way to shoot some very basic hands-free video while avoiding "vertical video syndrome". I tried searching Amazon and couldn't seem to find such a thing.
So you just want it "hanging" on your chest? Unless you walk at a snail's pace and only turn slowly you'll still going to get shaky-cam. And how would you trigger the shot if you want to go "hands-free"?
It almost sounds like you just want something that hangs horizontal so when you bring it up it'll be horizontal, but that "hands-free" comment threw me way off.

There are a lot of "holster"-type cases/clips that hold an iPhone in portrait mode (one random example). Could you clip that to your shirt? It may be less floppy than something suspended from around your neck, per kschang's point.
