Freelancing web tracker/app

The freelancing is taking off and a better way of tracking time is needed. Preferably something that can be used online and in a iPhone/iPad App, that will produce reports and invoices for billing. Obviously all of this should seamlessly sync between the web and app. Suggestions?

I just heard Toggl get mentioned on a Podcast, and it sounded promising.

Another option might be Harvest.

Freshbooks. It's known for invoicing and reporting, but their time tracker is great and lets you turn tracked time into invoices (and reports) with varying levels of detail shown to the client.

I asked a similar question here, and ended up going with Toggl.

I've been a happy Freshbooks user for nine years now. Recommended.

Freckle might be a good option, too.
