Best day hikes near Interlaken, Switzerland?

I did the Harder Kulm trail today and absolutely loved it, probably my favourite hike ever, but it was about at my limit for difficulty - first hike of the year, and my bad ankle was starting to have sharp pains in the last half hour downhill. I'd like to do another trail or two while I'm here - can anyone recommend some easy-to-moderate trails in the area?

Ideally not super crowded, not paved or gravel, and with nice views (but doesn't have to be as picturesque as the Harder Kulm trail, which would be hard to beat!).

For reference the Harder Kulm trail is apparently 4km with 800m elevation gain, estimated time 2.5h up-only (real time 2h up/1.5h down, including many short breaks) and moderate difficulty (2/5). I'd prefer to do something at a similar difficulty, but maybe a longer, less steep trail. More steep would also be OK if it's very short. I'm willing to take the bus/train somewhere and/or pay admission, as long as the total isn't any more than ~15 francs roundtrip.

Bonus: same question for Croatia (Split or Dubrovnik) and Portugal (Lisbon or Lagos).

Bonus2: any other outdoor activities/adventure tours you'd recommend in/near Interlaken? No paragliding/skydiving/etc, and under ~100 francs/day including transportation. Leaning towards kayaking and/or rafting, but still undecided.

Thanks!

There is a path up to Beatenburg that little town up there. I picked a hazelnut from a bush along the way.

Have you already been up around Schilthorn and Murren? A beautiful area not far from Interlaken and there are many, many walking paths to choose from. It's a popular area but you're outside the main holiday period for the locals, at least.

I'm assuming you've already gone up or planned to go up Jungfrau to walk on the glacier. It's a relatively expensive train journey up but worth it.

Grindelwald to Kleine Scheidegg, stopping for apple fritters in Brandegg. You can get on the train in Brandegg if you've had enough, or keep climbing and then walk down to Wengen, or (shorter) to Wengernalp and take train to wherever you came from.
