Nylon castors on a hardwood floor

I have some nylon castors on a pull-out drawer. They are scratching my wooden floor.
Unfortunately the castors can't be replaced with rubber ones. I don't use the drawer very much and so I thought about sticking rubber chucks underneath each castor.
I need chucks that prevent movement on both sides (as well as support the base of the wheel) - do they make these? What are they called?
Are there any other things I could try?

Seconding a chair mat. Castor cups would be OK if you don't want to move it, but the chair mat gives you the freedom to move it easily should you want to.
