Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing systems

My organization is going to begin conducting larger telephone surveys than we have in the past, and needs CATI software to facilitate this. We need something that will track contact attempts, outcomes, etc. as well as allow the interviewer to read items and enter responses. Google tells me there are a lot of options out there, but I can't find anything that compares them by price, features, user satisfactions, etc. Have any of you used a system you particularly like (or one you hated)? Are there specific features you think I should be filtering on?

We are not a huge market research corporation. We'll probably end up surveying about 1000 people per year.

Auto-dialing would be useful but is not necessarily a requirement.
