Embedding Facebook & Tweets into Tumblr

When I try to embed a Facebook post or a tweet (with a picture) the embed works, but! It sits under the previous post - as if tumblr doesn't know there's an image there. Here is a (not especially clear) picture of what it looks like. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm using the embed codes from Facebook/Twitter. It works fine with Instagram, Youtube, Vimeo etc - only Facebook and Twitter fail me.

if this is the same thing that's happening to me with vine then this is a problem with your layout and idk any other way of fixing it other than changing layouts. it's really annoying.
