Best answer: You should be able to get those at the FNAC
(Fnac Le Puy-en-Velay
23 Boulevard Maréchal Fayolle
43000 Le Puy-en-Velay
France)

if that is close to where you are.

Best answer: You are just looking for a power adapter? Not something specific to the Surface? There are a few hardware stores listed on Yelp. I found them at BHV in their hardware department so you might have luck with a hardware store. Good luck!

Best answer: Darty is another option if there's one near you.

Best answer: Also any big supermarkets near you? They have electronics departments.

Best answer: The local big supermarkets might have universal adapters - on StreetViewing around, try the big SuperU off Chemin de Jalavoux across the river from the cathedral, or the huge Auchan on the D988A out toward Brives-Charensac. Failing those try the pharmacies -- look for the big green crosses

Best answer: Oh and it's called an "adaptateur de courant" or "adaptateur de prise."

Worth noting that the surface power supply, like basically all laptop switching power supplies, should be full range. Look at the bottom of it and i bet it says "100-240v".

All you need is one of those $2 prong adapters, not an actual power brick.

On preview, i just googled around and looked at some photos and it DOES say 100-240v.

It's very likely to all be closed on Sunday!
