Art filter: looks like a mediaeval engraving, probably not though.

So, saw this and I'm sure I recognise it, but can't remember what it is. It's a black and white engraving style print, of a person in an elaborate bird mask which covers their shoulders (similar to a plague doctor mask but more elaborate). They have a person over their knee almost as if spanking them and they are reaching back to drive a dagger through their foot. Any ideas?

Was it in the style of Aubrey Beardsley? The scene you describe sounds odd enough to be one of his drawings.

Response by poster: No, just looked up Aubrey Beardsley and the picture I saw was shaded rather than monochrome and had a much more classical aesthetic in terms of the characters.
