How to find an English-speaking techie in Korea?

How can I find someone in Seoul, Korea, who speaks English and Korean and is reasonably tech-literate?

I need to track down someone bilingual and reasonably tech savvy in the Seoul area to help me trial some technology services over there and report their findings back to me. There doesn't seem to be - or at least I've never found - a good way on the Net to find people based on certain attributes (e.g. their location, their language skills). Does anyone have any ideas?

Best answer: Dave's ESL Cafe has boards you can post to, and has a section devoted to Korea.

Don't worry, my 'guys' is always meant gender-neutrally ('gals' doesn't fly in British English)...

If stav can't help you, I've got a friend that lives in Seoul, speaks korean, japanese, and english and lives+breathes technology.

Well, I don't live in Seoul (down in the south, in Jeollanam-do), and my Korean isn't good enough to call me bilingual (at least for that pair of languages), but I'm up for whatever if you need some help despite those shortcomings.
