Talk to text on my iphone? Help

Hello,
I would like to talk into my phone (with headphones/mic) and have a document be typed up.
How can I do this?
Can I open google docs on my iphone and get a talk and text/type feature?
thanks
The microphone icon to the left of the spacebar enables dictation. You enable dictation by going to settings > general > Siri. Any app that lets you type text will let you dictate text.

Yes. Once you've opened the Google Docs app and the keyboard is on the screen, tap the microphone icon on the lower left to engage dictation.

Carriage returns can be done by saying "new paragraph" I think

For android, "ok google, take a note...blah blah blah..."

Best answer: Saying "New Line" starts the following text on a new line, while saying "New Paragraph" begins a new paragraph (effectively 1 and 2 carriage returns.)

You can also say "comma," "period," "exclamation point," etc. and it should recognize it.
