Best place to purchase a nice desk name plate/sign

I'd like to purchase a friend a nice-looking (probably wood?) desk name plate/sign to celebrate a recent graduation. Probably something along these lines, but open to suggestions. I would want it customized with just her name. (I know this sounds a little random, but knowing her I believe she will get a kick out of it.)
Budget is about $40 or less, unless it's impossible to get something nice in that price range (in which case I will come up with a different gift idea!). What are the best options out there?

I have one just like that and it came from Office Depot. Any of the big box office supply stores can do stuff like that.

Do you have a trophy shop near you? We buy these for work from a local trophy shop and I think they cost $20 or less.

Have you tried your local office superstore? They do custom orders too. They probably have a catalog for you to look over.
