Buyer's agent recommendation for Portland, OR?

Apparently when you are looking for a condo, you need something called a "buyer's agent". I'm in Portland, OR looking for a cheaperish condo. Eastside, or North, or industrial NW preferably. Anybody have recommendations for a buyer's agent? Thanks!
Best answer: Seconding Deb Counts-Tabor. She's very GLBT friendly too. Perfect for the job. Almost all my friends have used her.

If things don't work out with the first recommendation, let me know. I have a friend who is an agent in Portland.

I haven't gotten the opportunity to work with her professionally, since I don't live there (...yet...). But I've seen happy buyers commenting on her Facebook page, and she's a very nice person who just generally enjoys helping people find the right place for them.
