My RV-living friends are leaving Mesa, AZ on Wednesday for another season of traveling. Please help with the playlist. (Already covered what's in this ask from 2006.) Thank you!

It's not necessarily about travel, but it has been dubbed "great driving music" by many and serves as the theme song for the show Top Gear - the Allman Brothers' song Jessica.

I can't believe that in the other thread, no one mentioned Joni Mitchell's All I Want.

It'll be hard to fit with the rest of the songs you choose for the playlist but I've always liked this block of lyrics from Townes Van Zandt's "High, Low, and In-Between":
There is the highway
And the home-made lovin' kind, the highway's mine
And us ramblers will get the travelin' done
You fathers build with stones that stand and shine

Heaven's where you find it
And you can't take too much with you
But daddy, don't you listen
It's just this highway talkin'
And for good measure, might as well throw in the final verse:
All things that are alive
Are brothers in the soil and in the sky
And I believe it with my blood, if not my eyes
I don't know why we can't be brothers here,
I know we should be
Answers don't seem easy
and I'm wondering if they could be
