Alternate venue for childcare? (Chicago)

I'm organizing a weekend workshop that offers free childcare to attendees. We have a childcare provider; however, for our next event, we ran into the snag that the office space we're using for the workshop itself isn't allowed to host childcare for insurance reasons.

So, what's a good alternative? Rent a hotel room? There will probably be less than five kids, but offering childcare is a key part of our organization's mission, so it's important that we be able to have this. We are in downtown Chicago, and will need a venue for a couple of hours on a Friday evening and then during the day on Saturday.

At conferences I attended with my kids a suite was rented (so there was a quiet sleeping area) rather than just a hotel room.

Best answer: Call a handy local church? They usually have dedicated child care spaces.

Response by poster: To clarify -- we shouldn't need sleeping spaces as the event doesn't go overnight (just evening and daytime).

I think the sleeping space suggestion was meant for naps, fyi. If you have any kids in the under four set they will likely still be napping during the day.
