Can I get more than one app to run in kiosk mode on a Microsoft Surface

I need to put some games on a few Microsoft Surface RT tablets for use in a coffee shop by kids while Mammy and Daddy are sipping their coffee. I'm no expert but is there a way to do that while restricting access to the computers' settings by customers?

You can set up a guest account, which won't have access to settings.

In case you aren't aware, with an RT you're limited to just games and apps available at the Windows store.
