What does this image look like?

This image, used in promotional material for the "Southern Women's Show" looks like something to me. Is it an 80s album cover or band logo? Or is it actually some famous piece of artwork? Or am I just completely mad?

The hair immediately reminded me of the Starbucks logo, but only the hair.

It reminds me a bit of a playing card, say for the queen.

I can't remember the exact program, but it reminds me of Mac OS 8 era software, perhaps a specific application icon.

It's like a very clean logo version of a Picasso?

Response by poster: Yes, I think it must be some mashup in my head of Colour by numbers and just Boy George generally!

It reminds me of some of Fernand Léger's paintings of women from the 1920s, but stylized in an '80s way.
