What is the enthalpy of formation of trichloroisocyanuric acid?

[ChemFilter, asking for a teacher friend] I'm designing an exercise on the heat released in the decomposition of trichloroisocyanuric acid (aka Symclosene) but I'm missing a crucial piece of information!

The usual suspects (NIST and CRC Handbook) have turned up nothing. I've wound up following discussions on amateur scientist forums and digging through more journal articles than I have since grad school. Anyone have any other leads?

Best answer: Looks like -120.0 kJ/mol. Let me know if you need the pertinent section of the actual paper. It's given in Table 1.
