Eyebrow Embroidery in the DMV or Northeast Cost?

Where can someone get eyebrow embroidery (not eyebrow tattoo) in ideally the DC/MD/VA area or on the Northeast cost?
Hi everyone,
I've been looking into eyebrow embroidery so I have a fuller (but still natural) look without eyebrow makeup on. Does anyone know of a place in the DMV where one could get eyebrow embroidery done? I've looked into eyebrow tattoos but I don't want to make that kind of commitment yet and would prefer to try a semi-permanent solution first.
If there is nothing in the DMV (DC, MD, VA) I would be willing to go up north along the east coast for a day trip with a few girlfriends to get this done, especially if its a reputable place.
