Help me dress like a fictional character, part 8 of 1000

I love Parker's top in The Rundown Job.

I think it's a cutout long-sleeved shirt/leotard, plus some kind of shrug... holster... thing. Can you help me find something similar, either as a single top or two pieces? Her exact ensemble is a little cyberpunk for real life, of course, but I could probably pull off a long-sleeved black cutout top at the gym or something.

you can make a stretchy shrug with a pair of tights or leggings. That + tanktop?

I think a dance shrug or a warm up shrug is the search term you want for the top piece. Seems like they can at least occasionally be bought in a two piece as well
