Boxing in Baltimore

Where can I go to see boxing in Baltimore? Pro, amateur, anything. Caveat: I do not have a car.

Best answer: Hmmm, not too familiar with this area, but there's an amateur event March 27th.. Joseph Gradowski had been involved with & covered news of the local amateur scene previously (he has a few enthusiastic posts here), but it doesn't look like he's put out much more information recently. You might still try to get in touch with him, but a better bet might be asking at local clubs/trainers. If all else fails, the Maryland State Athletic Commission licenses boxing/kickboxing/MMA matchmakers & referees, and could likely refer you to the people you want to talk to.
