What is the bird call at the end of this Bendito Machine video (at 4:36)?

I hear it from time to time here in Texas. I looked through some bird call videos but didn't find it.

The call at 4:36 is an Eastern Screech Owl (check out the monotonic trill here), but it overlaps with another call I don't recognize.

The second call may be a Peregrine Falcon.

The second call sounds exactly like a squirrel to me. When I first started birding I thought that call must be some elusive bird I could never quite see, but it always turned out to be a squirrel.

I heard it again on my way in to work today, saw the squirrel chirping away at me, and thought of this question. Hope that helps!

Response by poster: I guess we didn't have any bird people on Metafilter but I figured it out. Pileated Woodpecker. Example is 43 seconds in on this video.
