recommend a Memphis realtor?

I'm finally ready to put my Memphis house on the market again, so have to find an ethical, skilled professional realtor there (I live 3 hours away). Ideally this would be someone who learned the business, and performance standards, in at least one other major American city.

I bought the house in 2005 and tried to sell it in 2010, and ended up dealing with 6 different realtors along the way - experiences that ranged from disastrously expensive to frustrating at best. There was no intentional fraud (though I won 2 court cases), and all 6 were from well-known firms (haven't tried Crye-Leike yet). But they were all native or near-native to Memphis, where the boundary between personal convenience and public responsibility seemed to be to be frequently blurred. There is so much to love about Memphis, but I dread the thought of having to do business there one more time. Any recommendations?
