Opaque, low-rise black leggings for gal with big hips?

I'm looking for a pair of low-rise, fully opaque, black leggings for a dance performance I've got coming up in a couple of months.
I've got 47in hips and a 33in waist, and I've found it difficult in the past to find leggings that were actually opaque around my butt because of how much they had to stretch to fit around my hips.
When I search for low-rise leggings, all that comes up are maternity leggings, but they tend to come up quite high in the back and dip in the front. I need the leggings to be low all the way around. Because I'm not slim, it would be fantastic if they had a yoga waistband rather than an elastic waistband, as elastic will create a pretty outrageous muffin-top.
I don't care about what material they're made of, but they should probably be matte, not shiny.
Any recommendations on brands/styles I should try? I'm open to ordering online if they've got reasonable return policies.

I am curvy and I really like the brand Marika (and they're having a sale!). I have only worn their yoga pants but I imagine that their leggings are similar.
Also all the Marika pants I have are actually high-rise - they're the "Marika Magic" line. I normally *hate* this but for some reason they're really comfortable and slimming. Not sure if your low-rise requirement is personal preference or part of your actual costume.

Black Milk leggings are superlative:

I have about 40ish items from their store and can share leggings with a friend who is nearly six feet tall and a size 2; I am five foot one and a size 4-6 (41 inch hips). We both fit in medium and large, though the inseams are different lengths; they also have a "custom order" option where you can specify measurements.
They will wear out from use/tear along a seam before going see-through, which never happens. I have light colored ones from 2011 that look practically new and opaque.
