Adobe Acrobat N-Up printing and display comments

Using Adobe Acrobat, if I wanted to use this PDF so that it created a landscape 4 up PDF, how would one do that? I'd like to look like this preview tile. It seems crazy to me that the print output of Acrobat can't be saved as PDF - am I missing something?

Preview doesn't seem to allow N x N imposition natively, so I'm trying to to do this in acrobat. Additionally, I'd like to save comments as displayed in Adobe Acrobat to a PDF, but that is also obscure - any help there?

Best answer: Like this?

I use the free version of bullzip pdf printer (there's a bunch of other things like it, but that's what I've used for a while). Use the print dialog, select it as your printer, and print to pdf.

Response by poster: I wasn't thinking beyond Acrobat, a virtual printer solves this problem. I found two similar products for Mac, PDFWriter and VipRiser - both work well.
