When will I get "gigabit internet" in my east Austin Neighborhood?

I live relatively near 4700 kitty rd austin texas 78721, Google, grande communications, and ATT are all supposedly bringing gigabit internet to Austrin Metro soon, but how can I find out when my neighborhood will be getting it?

I called their customer service but no one was any help. Will the three companies be releasing "fiber" at the same time, using the same physical structures? This google timeline was the best I could fine, and its still not really helpful. Or any more details at all would be nice. Thanks.

That address qualifies for AT&T gigapower "with speeds up to 1Gbps"

From what I can tell, AT&T is spreading a lot faster than Google is, we are switching to it for now until google makes it to our North Austin neighborhood (if ever.....).
