Looking for a music video that made a zoetrope effect with camera array

I am looking for a music video that created a kind of 3D Zoetrope ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5khDGKGv088#t=77 ) effect with a timefreeze camera array ( https://vimeo.com/65979997 )

I think they used about 12 cameras at the top of a constructed cylinder room, and they used props like chairs and ladders with lighting effects.

Sounds a lot like a Jim Blashfield music video like this one for Paul Simon - boy in the bubble, he also has videos for tears for fears, nu shooz, talking heads, Michael Jackson, Peter Gabriel, or his shorts

Was it the vid for Meat Beat Manifesto's "Helter Skelter '97"? Vid quality isn't the best, but it's clear enough and seems to match what you're talking about.
