ISO Inexpensive Parking at SF's Fisherman's Wharf

I'm looking for inexpensive over-night parking in or near Fisherman's Wharf for Christmas night. We'll be taking 2 cars, but our hotel only allows parking for one.

We don't want to have to spend $50+ to park a car overnight, so I'm wondering if anyone knows of any reasonable options that are also in a safe and secure area? Close to the center of the Wharf preferred, but we're option to other suggestions. Thanks.

Check out Parking Panda.

My favorite place to park is the Sutter and Stockton Garage off of Union Square. There are a bajillion spaces. The rates have always been better than private parking. Here are the rates, looks like it would be $22 on a weekday.

Admittedly it's not near you at the wharf, but you can get there easily by bus.

You can also get there by driving there and having car #2 pick you up and then drive back to the hotel. That's what I'd do.

Best answer: Both SF city meters and Port of SF meters are not enforced on Christmas. There should be a ton of metered spots in and around Fisherman's Wharf. So you'd need to keep an eye on when they usually start and just feed the meter / move the car on the 26th.
Map of port of SF meters that may or may not help. Otherwise I think you best bet would be tracking back towards Union Square. You can plug in dates and times to get estimates on this page. I think it will automatically show the place where overnight parking is not permitted.

I use Parkopedia for this. Its coverage of San Francisco is particularly good. If it's just Christmas night, there are a couple lots nearby that are $10 to $15 for the night, assuming you arrive in the evening. Finding an open metered spot in San Francisco is not a winning game, in my experience.
