Upgrading mom's pills delivery.

I need a new cup to give mom her pills with.
I'm my mother's caregiver, which includes doling out her meds daily. I've been giving them to her in in cups like these. But she's a bit shakier these days, so I'd like something like the cups I'm using, but with a handle. I don't require stainless, but no glass. Gravity is not our best friend.

Doidy cup? I know they are marketed for young children, but might work for you, too.

You won't be able to use all of them (the largest are going to be too large) but measuring cups might work for this.

Here's a 4 oz. stainless steel espresso cup that may work.

How about these flat-bottomed coffee scoops? As a bonus, they'll be stackable I think, which you won't get from a mug-type handle on a little espresso cup.

There is an assortment of two-handled cups for sale here: http://www.especialneeds.com/dining-cups-drinking-two-handle-cups.html
I would be inclined to go with some kind of two-handled cup.

Some of these fancy coffee scoops are appealing, if kinda pricey.

My first thought was a Jigger, sure it doesn't have handles, but it's shape might make it easier to hold.
If you are willing to go to a larger size, check out some cooking dredges.
Or perhaps a Sierra Cup is more what you're after.
Finally, a DIY solution. Get some flat bottom ladles and bend the handle around.

If you don't mind plastic; the little mugs that come with children's tea sets could work.
