Song Lyrics Translation

I'm working on a song where I'd like the chorus and the end of each verse to be in Spanish - can you translate the lines in italics?

When The Evil Comes
Last night, she took the back way home
First light, she was packed and gone
An empty road stretched ahead
An empty man, left for dead
When the evil comes
When the evil comes

You said, you’d have the money today
Enough said, no more time to play
Excuses come, excuses go
Time has come, let’s end the show
When the evil comes
When the evil comes

(chorus)
When the evil comes into your life
It strips the carcass clean
Only bones remain
A hollow wind blows through your heart
And drives the love away
When the evil comes
When the evil comes

I know, I know it don’t seem right
I know, I know that I should fight
A mind confined, a heart forgot
A dead end sign, a single shot
When the evil comes
When the evil comes

(chorus)

Best answer: Here's my stab at it. I'm not a native speaker; hopefully someone can chime in and say whether the choices I've made here seem odd.

Last night, she took the back way home
First light, she was packed and gone
An empty road stretched ahead
An empty man, left for dead
Cuando viene el mal
Cuando viene el mal

You said, you’d have the money today
Enough said, no more time to play
Excuses come, excuses go
Time has come, let’s end the show
Cuando viene el mal
Cuando viene el mal

(chorus)
Cuando viene el mal a tu vida
Pela la carne del cuerpo
Y sólo los huesos quedan
Un viento demacrado corre por el corazón
Y ahuyenta el amor
Cuando viene el mal
Cuando viene el mal

I know, I know it don’t seem right
I know, I know that I should fight
A mind confined, a heart forgot
A dead end sign, a single shot
Cuando viene el mal
Cuando viene el mal

Native speaker here. drlith's lyrics are correct and prettily written.

A literal translation for "hollow wind" would be viento hueco; viento demacrado means "emaciated wind", which is an interesting visual, I like it.

Response by poster: Thanks! I'll post a demo on Music once I've got the melody worked out.
