Yet Another Pants Me Question

As a business casual "uniform" for cooler weather I want to wear turtlenecks with slim pants. But I am not sure what kind of pants I want. Can you help me? Requirements within:

Pants preferences:
- slim but not shrink wrapped (carrot?). Possibly straight.
- no jeans cut. But I'm not a big fan of the pleat, either.
- long, not 7/8 length.
- no ironing. This is a big one for me, but is it possible?
- not black or grey, I prefer berry colors, anything on the red scale, browns, beige and possibly dark blues or greens

I'm about 1,60 meters and slim. Not much hips or boob, mostly wear Euro size 34.

Any suggestions (or corrections) from you will be helpful, I really don't have much of a knack for fashion! I don't necessarily need store suggestions (I'm in Europe) as much as advice on what to look for in terms of fabric or cut, links to pants I might like so I can see what there is, etc.

Flat front corduroy or moleskin pants and because your hips aren't that much bigger than your waist you can shop in the men's department.

Have you tried ponte pants? Such as Land's End Starfish Trousers, which are super comfortable and come in a variety of colors. I don't know how easy it would be to get Land's End in Europe, but I'm including the link to give you an idea of what I mean by "ponte pants." I am sure that if you do a search that you would be able to find a place that sells them or will ship them to you.

Boden usually has some stylish slim-fitting trousers in a variety of colors and fabrics. Synthetic fabrics or blends are likely to be less in need of ironing.

It sounds like you're looking for cigarette pants or other pants with a side zipper, rather than a fly front. I don't know any specific manufacturers or stores to recommend, but if you start your search by asking a clerk (or search engine) for pants with a side zipper, it will get you to pants which are slim fitting, without a jeans cut and no pleats.

I have very little luck finding them, honestly, despite their being a classic silhouette (especially with turtlenecks, as you describe), but they are a quick project, if you know a local seamstress who takes clients,
