Please help me find this online game

I played an online indie game a couple of years ago. The game consisted of 3 panels: beginning, middle and end. There were 3 characters, a knight, a hero and (I think) a villain. You could manipulate the positions of the characters in the first and second panels to change the outcome in the third panel. I've been looking for it again for months - does anyone have an idea of what the game could be?
