Minimalist, modern gauged earrings?

I'm looking for places to buy gauged earrings, with a few specific requirements.

1. Available in 0 gauge
2. Dangly, or at least not tunnels or plugs. Also, I don't want captive rings, horseshoes, barbells or the kind that are plugs with stuff attached that hangs down.
3. Metal. No bone, wood, polymer clay, acrylic or glass. Prefer steel or silver.
4. Modern style, not too hottopic-y. So, not shaped like skulls, tribal thingies or hearts.
Ideally, I'd like something similar to what Zoetica Ebb is wearing in this picture. Most of my searching has been stymied by fake plugs or things that go against my requirements. I've combed through Etsy quite a bit, and haven't seen anything that fulfills the requirements. Does anyone have suggestions?

You want Little Seven! Though I don't think they go up past 2g; anything solid in a 0g is going to be quite heavy -- I'd get tunnels or earskins and then wear an 8 or so through them (as I have done).

Yeah, I'd echo BAF: here is the search you want for 0g steel hanging designs for stretched ears. Silver would be extraordinarily expensive in that weight and, I suspect, something that you'd custom-order from OneTribe or a jeweler.
