How do a put together a Social Services costume?

For Halloween this year, I'd like to go as Tilda Swinton's character "Social Services" from the movie Moonrise Kingdom. Can anyone suggest online places to purchase the hat, pantsuit, shoes and a wig? Difficulty: I'm a 6'2" (slim) man. Photos for reference: one two.

Bonus question: what is that kind of hat called?

I think that qualifies as a pillbox hat. Vogue seems to concur. (can't seem to directly link to Slide 12) One doesn't usually see that slight brim on them, though, so I wonder how closely Vogue was looking; maybe we're both wrong.

You're looking for a pieces styled like a vintage women's Salvation Army hat and cape (looks like that costume's suit jacket would work as well). Her costume in that movie seems to be styled after things like that.

If you have any friends in theater costuming, see if they've done a production of Shaw's Major Barbara.
