As the title says, I want to be able to ship small items to China for my personal use without bothering my family members. Is there some service available? If not, how would I go about finding someone?

As the title says, I want to be able to ship small items to China for my personal use without bothering my family members Who aren't really able to do it. For example, I want to order MCT oil from Amazon and get it shipped to Chin, also supplements, some personal electronic equipment etc. Just random bits of Western convenience is like bike shorts etc. Whatever I would normally get from Amazon but I find too difficult to get here.

What's the best way to do this if I don't have someone that can do it for me back in the states? Is there some service available? If not, how would I go about finding someone? Craigslist? I'm a bit of a loss about how to do it.

You can ship things to China from Amazon; I used to do it all the time. You just need to pay extra for shipping.

There's also a Chinese version of amazon, amazon.cn, but they may not have the products you want. However it's worth a look since you won't need to pay for the extra shipping.

There are mail/package forwarding services that allow you to have items shipped to a US address, then forwarded internationally. I haven't used any of them, but one of the top google results is Shipville. Search for "international package forwarding" or "package forwarding china" for more options.

I don't see anything in your list that you couldn't buy in China, though. For MCT oil and supplements you'll want to take some time to find a reputable supplier, but a quick look at Taobao shows highly rated sellers with various US brands of MCT oil at reasonable prices. Bike shorts and electronics should be even more readily available.
