Short motivational videos specifically about accomplishing hard things

I'm looking for motivational / inspirational videos on YouTube that are:
  • short (< 3 minutes)
  • feature fairly well-known speakers -- politicians, athletes, or actors in movies
  • deal specifically with accomplishing great things and overcoming adversity / chipping away over time to do so.

An example might be this edited version of Kennedy's speech setting the goal to land a man on the moon ("We choose to go to the moon and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard...").

I've seen prior asks and other sites on the web with motivational video compilations but the subject matter is all over the place. Can you help?

Khan Academy is currently spreading Carol Dweck's Growth Mindset message. In addition to the main "You Can Learn Anything" video, there's one from John Legend, if musicians count and he's well known enough.
