Your favourite instructional video

Which short instructional videos do it really well?

We're commissioning a series of short films (approx 5 min) which are intended to be used internally at a university. They are envisaged as instructional videos which show how a particular service at the university can be used by academics to achieve a particular result. We're thinking, but are not wedded to the idea, of doing this through a real case study of service use.

I'm looking for references/ examples of this sort of thing done really well to show our filmmakers. They don't have to be slick necessarily, just really clear, engaging and informative. They definitely shouldn't talk down to the viewer. Humorous would be a bonus, but not at the expense of any of the other requirements.

I never watch instructional videos myself so am struggling to come up with good examples. Are there any videos you've watched which you thought did a good job of explaining how to access and use a service? Since I'm after references, it doesn't much matter what the actual service is.

Assume that we're providing all the relevant supplementary materials, such as forms, contacts, and key points as text for those who don't watch instructional videos any more than I do.

My all time favorite is the New Yorker video on using their app. It is very funny, but was also quite helpful in learning my way around that app.
