Classic gross-out stories of the internet?

Does anybody else remember Anal Fissure Bob? The Worm Within? What about the B3TA QOTW? For whatever reason, I am in the mood for More Of This Sort Of Thing.

What are some of the classics of the canon of Internet Grossoutery, in text format? I don't mean 4chan greentext nonsense, I mean the stuff we were all reading in the early oughties, which was both horrific and hilarious. Any recommended repositories?

Response by poster: rhizome, that is certainly grim but not exactly what I'm looking for - I'm thinking more "true confessions"-style stuff.

I've never forgotten this tale of an Attempt to Stuff Gerbil into Rat. (The Rat in question is human.)

Do the stories necessarily have to be true? 'Cause I feel like Snopes has lots of gross-out stuff. (I'm scarred for life by that lobster "pregnancy" one ... bleagh.)
