What's the Consensus on Simple's New TOS?

Since enthusiasm here was what got me interested in Simple banking to begin with, I'm surprised to see no discussion about recent dismaying info-sharing changes to their TOS (which all users must agree to) coming after they partnered with an outfit called CheckFreePay. Are other Simple users sticking with the service?

TOS access seems to require log-in, so I've uploaded a screenshot of the relevant portion here.

my assumption/hope is that checkfreepay only gets transaction info for billpay items, which I don't use very often, and certainly not for sensitive accounts (IRAs, investment accounts, etc).

It's not a compelling enough reason for me to move, but yeah, those "can you limit this sharing? No" items indeed suck.
