Having some fun with facebook friends with these ridiculous (to us), right wing books. Are there any ridiculous left wing books we should be laughing at too? Help, My Neighbor Flies a Flag?

Best answer: I'd vote for anti-vax hysteria and assorted woo like indigo children.

Best answer: It's only a 2-page leaflet, but PETA's "Your Daddy Kills Animals" ("Ask your daddy why he's hooked on killing animals") is pretty out there. A few years back my sister had to give my PETA activist brother a pretty stern warning to stop sneaking PETA booklets and DVDs to her preteen daughters.

Best answer: Some pro-marijuana selections: "It's Just a Plant" and the "If a Peacock Finds a Pot Leaf" series.

"A rule is to break: a children's guide to anarchy" and "The ABCs of Anarchy"

"A is for Activist" actually looks pretty cute. See also "The Little Squatter's Handbook," along with several other intriguing titles from the AK Press catalog.

On the satire side (and not really a children's book) is the venerable Shel Silverstein's Uncle Shelby's ABZ Book and actually-intended-for-kids "Lafcadio, the Lion Who Shot Back"

There's also "The Dumpster Diver"
