Recommendations for books about Red Clydeside

I recently found out that I'm not the only red sheep in my otherwise right-wing family. Apparently my great-grandmother was good pals with James Maxton and some of the other Scottish socialists of the day. I'm looking for book recommendations about Maxton and Red Clydeside in general.

Not a book.. but I recommend this website, which is very informative in itself. Has info about James Maxton, and it also includes a bibliography... Red Clydeside: a history of the labour movement in Glasgow 1910-1932

Not read it myself but am told Gordon Brown's (yes, that Gordon Brown) bio of Maxton is one of the better ones.
