Food engines for particular diets

Is there a website or service where you can input particular foods (for a special health related diet) and it'll spit out recipes based on the ingredients entered?

Best answer: does this, with the intention of using food in your fridge so it doesn't go bad. You could use it and just enter all the healthy ingredients you want to use!

The BBC food website has this feature and pulls up recipes from all their cooking shows.
