Kitchen Tune-Up anyone?

Any Mefites ever used Kitchen Tune-Up instead of a full-blown remodel?
I'm planning a remodel for my kitchen and while I've been going down the road of purchasing new Ikea cabinets, I happened upon a listing for Kitchen Tune-Up and the research I've done so far has found loads of happy customers locally. While I definitely still need to get some firsthand accounts, just curious if anyone else out there has had experience with one of these franchises.
