Good F/OSS Community Media Sharing Software?

Are there any good open source media sharing/rating tools? This would be for the sort of thing where someone uploads WackyMovie.mov and registered users rate it. Then, the best movies bubble up to the top of their category, etc. (Plugins for WordPress also accepted...)

There used to be a site called 'singlereel.com' that hosted movies.

Just thinking out loud here: I wonder if you could lay rating and sorting over the top of Google Video.

At first reading, their T&Cs seem to forbid that, though.

I think you could probably put something together with drupal and a couple of the option modules.

Voting/community moderation of posts is part of the drupal core. File uploads on posts is also possible (can't recall if it requires an optional module). Plus, I think there are some modules for dealing with audio and video uploads to extract file metadata and maybe a preview image.
