Can anyone identify this flower (the blue one)? Is it a forget-me-not?

Looks a bit like dame's rocket (flower color is variable), could be phlox; number of petals is diagnostic.

Specifically, dame's rocket/gilliflower has four petals, phlox has five.

Probably. There are many plants called "forget-me-not"; that looks like it could be Omphalodes sp. or Myosotis sp. Not the best picture for id purposes though.

Here in Alaska, the forget-me-nots have yellow centers. Aside from that, I would say, yes, it totally looks like forget-me-not. It's typically a rather short plant and a tiny flower.

Not the forget-me-not that I know (they're smaller and have the yellow centers - the same ones you see in a google image search for forget-me-nots), but it does look a little phloxy to me.
