I am looking for a multinational flag shirt

Will you help me find a multinational flag shirt?

My young son (4) loves flags. We are drowning in United States flags, flag books, and flag stamps. I am not a huge fan of wearing flags, but for some reason, I like the look of the drummer's multinational flag shirt from this Wilco video. My web search has turned up blank to find this shirt. Will you help me find this or a similar shirt or, on a broader scale, other flag-themed ideas to please a 4-year-old.

That drummer's shirt could be replicated by e.g. attaching (velcro?) flag patches onto a heavy t-shirt or jacket.

There's this fabric (among others) on spoonflower. Someone on Etsy could make what ever you requested, I am sure. http://www.spoonflower.com/fabric/424663

This shirt is on sale today, but it might be a bit big for your son.

That's what I think you should do.

Get some flag fabric like beccaj links, cut out individual flags.
Get some stitchwitch iron on stuff and cut it to size.
Iron the flags onto the shirt.
Boom, flag shirt.

Kiddo can help iron the flags on. I let my girl scouts iron their own patches on their sashes (after I put them in the right place, so really all they're doing is moving the iron around in circles) and they love that they get to "make" their own stuff.

Iron on flag patches are probably the solution. Here's an Etsy listing for some.

This t-shirt isn't the same style, but your son might like it...
