Where to get vintage frames set with prescription lenses in DC

Looking for the best shop in Washington, DC that can put an eyeglasses prescription into vintage eyeglasses. I'd like a store that can do a good job with cost being a secondary, but important part of the picture. Prefer shops actually in DC. Let me know especially if you or a friend has ever used the shop to get a prescription into a vintage frame.

I've never done this, but is there some reason you think it will be especially difficult? Unless the frames are cheap sunglasses with snap-in lenses, my understanding is that the process for old vs. new frames would be pretty much the same.
