If you're talking about the song around the ten minute mark, it's All Them Witches' Charles William.

Incidentally, I wasn't familiar with the song. If you're curious, here's what I did to identify it:
1. Load up the video to ~10 minute mark, record the output straight into an editing program.
2. Normalize the recording.
3. Fail at trying to discern words (all I got was "I am so" "black hand long ago" "i have met my," which, plugged into Google, failed to turn anything up).
4. Run some dynamics processing and gating to cut out the very loud sounds of the people talking, isolating the quieter music.
5. Fail.
6. Decide that this task is pretty much what I do when I'm drunk at a bar, and hey, those music ID apps on my phone seem to work ok in such settings.
7. Crank up the volume, jam my phone's mic into my right headphone ear thing, and run SoundHound.*
8. Et voila, the thing identified the song in seconds, on the first try.
* I do not have any ties to SoundHound, though I do wonder, if during development, they sent people out to simulate the bar environment in a controlled setting, complete with drinking, crappy speakers, and loud people.
